GOT MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with this Holosyn EPS Carry. The reticle is completely wedged. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, blackhawk cqc holster but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?
